Then join an intimate gathering of guests for a relaxing and informative harvest experience at Delheim on Saturday 12 February.
Ride on a tractor trailer with Delheim’s Viticulturist Victor Sperling through the Sauvignon Blanc vineyards to enjoy a delicious al fresco brunch, followed by an informative session explaining the importance of picking grapes at optimum ripeness. Back down in the cellar, guests will be guided through the processing of the grapes, including grape must and juice tastings at different stages of fermentation, straight from the tank.
To avoid disappointment, book now as only 24 places are available. Tickets cost R200 per person and include brunch, grape picking, cellaring and tasting. The event starts at 9am.
