Slow food venison tasting

Venison Tasting – Tuesday 5 July @ 7pm

Continuing on our venison and winter meats theme that we have been running over the past 2 years, we will have a venison tasting at the Miele Kitchens in Hurlingham. Dennis and Lekha will be running the event. The meat from 3 different antelope has been donated by one of our members and his fellow hunters. We will be tasting the meat raw and cooked and you will be asked to try and identify the animals as well as vote on the one that tasted best.

The cost is R120 for members and R140 for guests. More details will be sent out next week. However, as a special advanced booking perk, paid up members can pre-book with Dennis now. Non-members and guests can join at the same time as paying if they want.
