In the newly announced revision to the Western Cape Liquor Law as outlined by Danie Cronje any person who is in possession of more than 150L of wine (or 17case x 12 ) must apply for a license from the WCLB.
If the wine owner does not have a licence he will be in contrvention of the new law.
What this will cost the wine lover in fees ? Who knows…
Drink up or pay up seems the only 2 ways.
