The Largest Wine Market in 2015?

This slide was part of presentation at last week’s Nomacorc wine marketing conference by Marlous Kuiper who heads global alcoholic drinks research for Euromonitor International. It shows projected wine market growth for a number of countries. It caught my eye because it indicates China will be the #1 market by 2015 (the U.S. became the #1 market last year). That’s faster growth forecast for China than in the other studies I’ve seen quoted, but no question, directionally correct. China is growing fast.
